At ASEAN Export, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your booking. Please review our cancellation policy below:

General Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made by contacting us directly via phone or email.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 3 or more people, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24-72 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
